En Familia. Autumn 2026
La Casa Encendida is kicking off the autumn season with a programme designed to help you spend time together, discover new hobbies and start the new term with enthusiasm. It’s a time to reconnect, make new friends, explore stories and embark on adventures.
Concerts, performing arts, film screenings, creative workshops and storytelling sessions will fill the weekends with activities for the whole family to enjoy, learn through play and be amazed. A space where young and old alike can imagine, create and enjoy themselves together.
Every year, La Casa Encendida invites an illustrator to bring the ‘En Familia’ programme to life through their images. On this occasion, illustrator Noemi Vola has created a magical universe inhabited by a family living in the forest: winged creatures, walking roots, flying frogs and flowers coexisting in an evocative setting, brought to life through a blend of pen and airbrush drawings. Noemi was born in Bar, a small village in northern Italy. With a clear calling from childhood, she studied Fine Art and, throughout her career, founded one of the most influential children’s magazines in Italian literature. She has published several books that have captivated both critics and the public alike, winning prestigious international awards such as the Best Foreign Book Award and the Serpa International Picture Book Award.
